This page explains the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act and how to exercise them with PDF Suite.
We do not sell personal information
PDF Suite does not sell personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. Order and support data is used only to deliver the product and help you use it.
Categories of information collected
We collect identifiers such as your name and email address, commercial information such as the licence you purchased, and internet activity such as pages viewed on pdfsuite.io. We do not collect biometric data, precise geolocation or the content of your documents.
Your California rights
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy of it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information and to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Submitting a request
Email privacy@pdfsuite.io with the subject CCPA request and tell us which right you want to exercise. We verify requests using the email address linked to your order, and we respond within 45 days. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
