Use of the website

You may browse the site, download materials we publish and place orders for personal or business use. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a scale that affects other visitors, or reuse our text, logo and screenshots without written permission.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any local taxes that apply to your country. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and the licence details are sent to the email address you provided, so please check it carefully.

We may cancel an order that shows signs of fraud or that was placed at an incorrect price caused by an obvious error, and in that case we refund any amount already charged.

Licence and refunds

The software itself is licensed under the end user licence agreement. Each licence covers installation on the number of computers stated at purchase.

If PDF Suite does not work for you, contact support within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will process a refund of the licence fee.

Support

Support covers installation, activation, licence recovery and defect reports for the edition you purchased. It does not include document recovery, custom development or training on third party software.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and its content are provided as they are, without warranty that every description is free of error. To the extent permitted by law our liability arising from the website or a licence is limited to the amount you paid for that licence.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

We may update these terms; the revision date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site. Questions can be sent to legal@pdfsuite.io.
